For the Love of Kites!

For thousands of years kites have graced the skies of many nations of the world.  They have been used as: - cultural symbols and canvases for artistic expression, - instruments of science, technology and war, - pastimes and amusements for young and old alike, and a pursuit for serious hobbyists. All of these applications have ensured that kites have endured over the course of time.

The Navigation column on the right will guide you to information about kites and kite history. In addition, there is a blog, my Journal/Best-Breezes, that has current news about kites and related themes. The search feature allows you to check the entire site for kite topics of interest.

Enjoy your visit and return often!  If you have a question or a comment please feel free to write to me. Hifliercanada.
